    In this process we will work together to understand the land of where you plan to build, and work with side by side to take your ideas and visions and map them out to create a floor plan.

  • Vastu Overlay

    An auspicious opportunity to orient your floor plan to create prosperity through an ancient form of building planning. This approach is more complex, and requires a detailed look at exact site of your building location. Working side by side a Vastu expert, Sanjay Soni, we will modify a floor plan that is personalized to enhance your prosperity and well being through your homes design and orientation by aspects such as front door placement, toilet placement, and other specific house zone considerations.

If you are in need of custom fabrication in order to get your idea off the ground, please contact me. I help clients get their idea out of their head and into the physical through 3D modeling, 3D printing, and laser cutting. Pricing varies depending on scope of work.
